2 1/2 months for my locs now

Knots

I did these because I have the flu.. And I find myself rolling my head side to side constantly in bed. When I Took the knots out my locs were so curly! Can't say if I'm a fan of the knot out quite yet sine I'm sick.

Day 1 of Locs!-pic 16

Today is day one of my Locs journey!! I don't know what got into me, but I woke up knowing today is the day I start my locs and gave it no other thought. I did them myself using single twist method(twisting hair around my finger with olive oil moisturizer). I left clips in a couple hours and allowed them to air dry and this is my result!

Back in braids

Well once again I'm back in braids... It's just easier for me while working, going to school, and doing my internship. Makes my mornings easier to just pull my hair back and go. But how I do miss my Fro!

Straightened hair

These pics are from about a month ago. I straightened my hair and trimmed the ends. I cut about half inch off I believe. In some areas I'm sure it was an inch! Ouch! But it was so needed! It feels healthier! And yes, I did it myself.
